Steve "Cowboy" Simms was one of the vital sparks of Lou Dickman Weekly, making many appearances on these podcasts and of course, in the football pool. Steve passed away on July 3rd, 2021. We offer this "outstanding' tribute. Rest in Peace, Cowboy. Happy Trails.
