Lou makes an important announcement in this LIVE @ THE SOVEREIGN out-of-chronological-order episode of LDW. The Sovereign is now the Official Kyle Orton Bar of Chicago. One week later, Orton announced his retirement. Coincidence? Only Lou's hairdresser knows for sure. As Lou would say about neckbeards, "OUTSTANDING!"

It's Christmus Eve, and what better jolly elf than Loooooou to bring the holiday patter...or platter, if you like his cheese plates. Lou and The Commish do their annual reading of a Christmas classic – this instance, a scene from "A Christmas Carol," where Lou does the grumpiest Scrooge ever brought to life. It's all part of the big holiday blast of Lou Dickman Weekly, and we're not talking about his epic farting. As Lou would say about the classical gas, "OUTSTANDING!" Merry Christmus!

IT'S TOYS FOR TOTS SATURDAY. Lou is slinging drinks all day at The Sovereign - 6202 N. Broadway in Chicago - and will be leading a contingent with ALL THE TOYS to ROCK FOR TOTS, 8pm @ The RED LINE TAP, 7006 N. Glenwood (Behind the Heartland Cafe in Rogers Park) in Chicago. Listen to the boys rhapsodize about the day. As Lou would say about his bullhorn, "OUTSTANDING!"

Loooooooooou is going "Robo" this week on LDW, talking all things Lance Briggs, the grand prize for the winner of the Lou Division, and many more topics of angst. New week, 12/6/2014, kicks off Toys for Tots Week at Lou Dickman Weekly, with special events leading up to the "Rock for Tots" Spectacular at the Red Line Tap (7006 N. Glenwood in Chicago) on December 13th. Lou will be collecting unwrapped toys at The Sovereign, 6202 N. Broadway in Chicago, starting on 12/6. The Commish will be sponsoring the "Rock for Tots" spectacular with his band, "The Telepaths" on 12/13. As Lou would say about the season, "OUTSTANDING!"
