Lou Dickman Weekly - Episode 83

Lou Dickman has officially declared The Mutiny - 2428 N. Western Avenue - as a New York Giants headquarters as today (1/22) the Giants face off against the San Francisco 69ers in Candlestick Park (that all sounds dirty). Lou and the Commish lament the death of JoePa, just announced, and Lou announces the rules of THE MUTINY SUPER "BOWL" CHILI CONTEST, next Sunday, January 29th... BRING CHILIs IN BETWEEN NOON AND 12:45pm. Contest will begin around 1pm-ish. 1) ALL CHILIs must come in already heated, hot preferred. They must be in crock pots WITH LINERS (get your liners at Jewel, according to Lou) 2) ANY TYPE or STYLE OF CHILI is welcomed, including (as Lou puts it), "Handicapped" Chili, AKA Veggie. 3) ALL CHILIs will be assigned a number, and all bar participants will judge it in a blind taste test, and then VOTE. 4) The winner gets bragging rights for a year, and maybe Lou will buy you a warm draft LaBatts. SEE YOU THERE! As Lou would say about the Super "Bowl," "OUTSTANDING!"
